The Nissan GT-R is a sports car produced since 2007 by the Japanese manufacturer Nissan.

The GT-R is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, entirely hand-assembled and developing a power of 485 hp at 6,400 rpm and a torque of 587 Nm, available between 3,200 and 5,200 rpm.

The GT-R is equipped with a specially developed six-speed dual-clutch automated transmission and a variable valve timing all-wheel drive system.
Damping is provided by Bilstein dampers that can be adjusted to three positions.

In 2013, the Japanese manufacturer announced a new version named GT-R Nismo that accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 s, approaching the performance of a Bugatti Veyron Super Sport yet equipped with a W16 engine of 7,993 cm3 of displacement and equipped with four turbos.

In 2018, Nissan and Italdesign collaborate to create a concept car based on the GT-R to celebrate the brand's and the sports car's anniversaries. The body elements are made of carbon and this version of the GT-R has a 3.8 twin-turbo V6 engine with 720 hp and 780 Nm of torque.

The 1:24 scale is mainly used for models of cars, motorcycles and aircraft.
It allows a high level of detail.
For example, a motorcycle model in the 1:24 scale will measure 4 inches / 10.4 cm if the original motorcycle measures 2.5m in length (250/24 = 10.41).
A plane in the 1:24 scale will measure 1 foot 6 inches / 45cm in length if the aircraft model is 11m long (1100-1124 = 45.8).
