Product description : Mirage 2000C 1:32 plastic airplane model
The Mirage 2000 is a fighter aircraft designed by the French company Dassault Aviation in the late 1970s.
Although it is reminiscent of the Mirage III of the 1960s with its delta wing formula, The Mirage 2000 is an entirely new aircraft, featuring a larger wing area and natural instability which improves its maneuverability, all complemented by electric flight controls.
Put into service in 1984, the Mirage 2000 was primarily used by the French Air Force, which received 315 examples, while a further 286 were exported to eight different countries.
Mirage 2000C
The single-seat version of the Mirage 2000, used for air defense, entered service in July 1984 within the squadron of hunting 1/2 Storks from Dijon-Longvic air base 102.
The RDI S5 aircraft still in service since 2016 can carry four bombs. These planes are stationed at the Orange-Caritat air base.
