Product description : Crusader Mk.III and Crew
Designed at the start of WWII, the Crusader was one of the most important British "Cruiser" tanks with over 5,000 units produced. Equipped with Christie suspension with large diameter wheels, the Crusader possessed was very maneuverable over rough terrain. Early versions of Mk.I and Mk. II were armed with a 2 pdr. gun, later replaced by the more powerful 6 pdr. on the Mk.III version. Its armor was not sufficient against enemy fire and it was also very vulnerable to mines, and its armament was often inadequate against similar German vehicles. However, used in a coordinated fashion, they have been able to achieve some success.Scale : 1:35
The 1:35 scale is mainly used for military model tanks, guns and trucks and the corresponding figurines. The 1:35 scale model will be 35 times smaller than the actual tank. For example, if the vehicle is 5 m long, the model will measure 6 inches / 14.2 cm long (500/35 = 14.2). Figurines in the 1:35 scale are about 2 inches / 5 cm high.
