Military model M1A2 SEP Abrams TUSK II
Après l’invasion de l’Irak en 2003, les forces américaines durent faire face à la menace des lance-roquettes and des engins explosifs improvisés.
Pour y répondre, les M1A2 Abrams opérant en milieu urbain in Iraq reçurent des protections additionnelles sous la forme du Tank Urban Survival Kit (TUSK I).
Ces ajouts comprenaient un blindage réactif sur les côtés de la caisse, un surblindage sur le dessous pour la protection contre les mines, une mitrailleuse M2 montée au-dessus du tube du canon, des caméras infra-Reds pour l’équipage and un téléphone externe pour communiquer avec l’infanterie d’accompagnement.
Une évolution de ce kit dénommée TUSK II y adjoignait des tuiles de blindage réactif sur la tourelle and les flancs de caisse, un bouclier blindé pour le chef de bord and une caméra sur secteur arrière.
Ces kits pouvaient andre installés dans les camps de base en 12 heures environ.

The 1:35 scale is mainly used for military model tanks, guns and trucks and the corresponding figurines.
The 1:35 scale model will be 35 times smaller than the actual tank.
For example, if the vehicle is 5 m long, the model will measure 6 inches / 14.2 cm long (500/35 = 14.2).
Figurines in the 1:35 scale are about 2 inches / 5 cm high.

You can also paint the model with brushes(acrylic or enamel).
