About the character:
Cyclops, real name Scott Summers, is one of the founding members of the X-Men and their leader ground. X-Men '97 is an American animated series created by Beau DeMayo and broadcast since March 20, 2024 on Disney+. Based on the Marvel Comics X-Men characters, it follows the X-Men series that aired between 1992 and 1997. X-Men '97 was officially announced in November 2021 and marks Marvel Studios' first X-Men project since acquisition by Disney of the 21st Century Fox studio. The series sees the return of some original performers from the first series, while other roles are played by new voices. The ten-episode first season airs online starting March 20, 2024, with a second season already announced. A prequel comic book is also planned for March 27, 2024.
