The "New 500" was produced by Fiat from 1957 to 1975. A true icon on
four wheels constitutes one of the symbols of made in Italy and its unique and recognizable design is famous all over the world.
Alongside the traditional version, which saw incredible commercial success on roads all over the World, the Italian automaker Abarth produced numerous special versions characterized by an unmistakable sporty connotation.
In 1964 Abarth, originally born as a sports stable, presented, on the mechanics and chassis of the Fiat Nuova 500, two interesting elaborated versions: the 695 and the 695 SS.
Both versions had a total displacement of 689 cm3 and reached, in the Super sport configuration, a top speed of 140 km/h.
In 1965 the Fiat 695 SS Assetto Corsa was made with improved performance and fittings.
Scale : 1:12
The 1:12 scale is mainly used for models and miniatures like motorcycles.
A model of motorcycle in the 1:12 scale will be 12 times smaller than the actual bike.
If the motorcycle is 2.5 m in length, then the miniature will measure 8 inches / 20.8 cm in length (250/12 = 20.8).
Figurines in the 1:12 scale are about 6 inches /15 cm high.

This product is typical of Italeri attention to detail which there is plenty of, sometimes the parts were over complicated which made them very fragile to handle and fix and in a few instances the part had become part of the spru which gave it's own challenges, overall a great kit with some minor issues *
