The USAF Cargomaster fleet served between 1957 and 1971, and was primarily tasked with transporting ICBMs and other large loads that could not be carried by other transport aircraft.

A plane in the 1:144 scale is 144 times smaller than the actual aircraft.
For example, if the plane is 60 m long, then the model will measure 1 foot and 5 inches / 41.66 cm in length (6000/144 = 41.66).
