The set includes 40 line musketeers/grenadiers plus a detachment of 6 volunteer Jaegers who were often attached to regiments. The 40 infantry make up a full battalion at 20:1.
We have gone with the traditional marching and attacking pose for the line infantry and, as they are advancing at full speed, we have made the Jaegers "on trial", firearms in one hand and their Hirschlangers in the other.
There are enough heads with covered shakos for all the figures in the box. In addition, there are heads with the line Feldmutze and spiked Schirmutze for the Jaegers, as some units had them. Also, the Jaegers' belly pouch is separate as some units of Volunteer Jaegers had them.
Most of the figures are in 3 pieces as we realise that people like to build units quickly. So you will have the head, the equipment (the backpack, the haversack, the cartridge box, the short sword and half of the great coat are in one piece) and the body to assemble.

The command framework consists of an officer, a flag bearer, a drummer and a non-commissioned officer.
