TORBORG 1/20
Classic Norwegian boat that can move with oars or thanks to the wind.
This boat was used for many tasks, the original model dates from 1870 and is the property of the Stavanger Maritime Museum.
This boat served as a pilot ship thanks to its speed of commissioning to reach the waiting boats.
A real competition took place between the pilot boats to cross the Norwegian Fjords.
To be competitive, agile and fast, the Torborg had sails and 2 to 3 pairs of oars.
