Ship model VALIANT 1770
HMS Vailant was a 2-masted brigantine with 12 guns.
He was part of a small fleet that patrolled the north of the United States to attack French and Spanish ships returning to Europe loaded with goods.
In 1762, he took part in the blockade and consequently in the conquest of Havana.

Anonymous De trop nombreux défauts Le site et le magasin sont bien et réactifs, par contre le produit concerné est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité observée.Beaucoup trop de défauts qu'ils soient de fabrication ou historiques. A ce prix ce n'est pas normal.Les affuts des canons ne correspondent pas à la réalité (ils sont à angle droit alors qu'ils s'agit d'un navire anglais dont les affuts ont un léger angle).Seulement deux rouleaux de fil (à peine 40M) de deux tailles différentes pour le grément. Si l'on souhaite bien suivre le plan (et respecter quelques règles relatives à la force des cordages) ils aurait fallu 4 à 6 bobines en 4 tailles.La coupe des pièces en bois laisse beaucoup à désirer et il faut les vérifier et les reprendre une à une, notamment les couples. A titre d'exemple, les orifices des mâts sur le support du pont ne sont pas centrés.En deux mots.... Pas satisfait de produit et plus particulièrement du rapport qualité/Prix.
