Product description : Boat of LUZ CALELLA
You will discover a jewel of railway model making with our kit models which will allow you to spend pleasant moments and relive the time when these trams circulated in the streets.The "Tramvia Blau" (Blue Tram) is currently the oldest tram in Europe. The route as well as the cars are the same as when it was inaugurated in 1901. It has never ceased to be at the service of the public.
From its inauguration in 1901 until 1979, it was the property of Société Anonyme Tibidabo. In 1981 it passed into the hands of Metropolitan Transport of Barcelona (TMB). This model, built in 1904, can carry 48 passengers, 32 seated on two-person transverse seats and 16 on platforms.
The actual model has a net weight of 9,650 kg and is equipped with two engines 45 HP electric, two brakes, one chain, the other electric. It reaches a top speed of 13.5 km/h.
You will see that you will gradually be able to reproduce a model including all the details of the original model of the tram. We invite you to let yourself be enchanted and to create creative leisure spaces in which this wonderful tram model will give you a lot of pleasure.
